SAP Falcha is located at Babar Mahal. Its a few minutes walk from Nepal Art Council. Falcha is an old concept found in Newari Culture. A common feature in populated localities of Newars provided shelter and served as a venue for different kind of social activities. It has hosted many such events, seminars and conferences.
