We at Barcamp attemp to bring together innovative, creative and like minded people together in one place. It is where ideas get created, shared and advanced.

Why Sponsor?

It is a great opportunity to be a part of this event. You benefit directly from the people that participate in the event. Barcamp is run completely by volunteers. We need you support to make this event happen. Your support and contribution helps us to pay for the venue and other logistics and make this event possible. It is also a unique opportunity to meet future customers and partners.

What you get out of it?
The identity of your organization (including logo, link to your website and contact details) will be published in the most visible way.

1. To the global audience via the internet

Our documents, video, audio and other updates will be permanently published on the internet in both Nepali and English. They will be available and open to everybody forever. The sponsors will receive perpetual and positive exposure to the savvy consumers of the internet media in Nepal and abroad.

Blog: Recent news and development regarding the event will be regularly updated on our official blog and partner blogs. A sidebar on the official blog will have logos of the sponsors.

Youtube: Videos from during the event will be published on our channel in YouTube. Each of our video description text will contain the names of the sponsors.

Flickr: Pictures from before and during the event will be published on Flickr. The description of our Flickr account will contain the names of the sponsors.

Twitter: There will be a live twitter update before, during and after the event. Our official twitter profile will carry a customized profile background containing the logos of the sponsors.

Live Video Streaming: Live video/audio streaming of the event which can be watched by anyone on the internet. The logos of the sponsors put up alongside the banner will be visible in the videos.

Facebook: Our official Facebook page will contain regular updates about the event.
-Widgets, buttons, banners and other promotional material (Our promotional material like logo, graphics, buttons, banners and widgets will be available for anyone to put up on display on any internet medium including the ones mentioned above. Among other places, they will be published on the popular blogs, websites and other similar medium which will give further exposure to your company)

2. To the local audience during the event

Banner: The identity of your organization like the logo will be put up on display alongside the main banner of the event.
Announcement: Regular announcements will be made during the event about the sponsors.

3. Audio/Video and Print Media

Newspapers: Regular announcements, updates and articles about the event will be published through our official media partners.

Weblogs: Several popular weblogs enjoying massive readership on the internet are our blog partners. They will carry regular updates including text and video related to the event.
